Steve Buscemi is a famous American actor, writer and director who is best-known for his role in a number of commercially successful hits and indie films including, ‘New York Stories’, ‘Mystery Train’, ‘Parting Glances’ and ‘Reservoir Dogs’. Apart from acting in films, he has also carved a place for himself in the world of television and has directed many works including, ‘Lonesome Jim’, ‘The Sopranos’, ‘Oz’ and ’30 Walk’. He earned a number of prestigious awards for the television series, ‘Boardwalk Empire’. Before his acting career took off, he was in fact, a firefighter at ‘Engine Company 55’ in the ‘Little Italy’ neighborhood in New York City. He is particularly known for his ‘bad-guy’ roles, some of which catapulted him to international stardom.
