Gabriele Stoschek was born in Germany. Gabriele Stoschek is the wife of Michael Stoschek, who is the grandson of Max Brose, founder of the namesake German autoparts maker that Michael Stoschek took over in 1971 at age 23. Forbes has learned that Gabriele Stoschek is not a shareholder of Brose, and therefore is not a billionaire (she was previously listed as such). Michael Stoschek's sister, Christine Volkmann, owns at least 24% of Brose and is listed by Forbes as a billionaire. Brose is the fifth largest family-owned automotive supply company in the world, with more than 25,000 employees in 60 countries. Annual revenues are in excess of $6.4 billion.
