Chen Baozhen was born in Xiamen, China, China. Chen Baozhen owns 21% of Shenzhen-listed Internet service platform provider Wangsu Science & Technology. Chen worked for an electrical instrument factory in Fujian Province from 1960-90. In 2000 she cofounded the predecessor to Wangsu Science.
